Solase Pickleball Shoes Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Shoes: Try on shoes indoors only on clean surfaces. Worn or dirty shoes are not eligible.

3. How to Start

 Use our Return & Exchange Portal to begin the process.
Please return items in their original packaging—put the shoebox inside a shipping box.
Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoebox.

4. Fees

  • Returns for Refund: $12 handling fee (deducted from your refund).
  • Exchanges: Always free if they meet our return guidelines.

5. What Can’t Be Returned

  • Final Sale Items: These cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Used Items: Shoes worn outdoors or not in original condition are not eligible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at info@solasepickleball.com.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Didn’t get it after 15 days? Reach out to us at info@solasepickleball.com.

8. International Returns

We don’t accept international returns or exchanges at this time—except for Canada. Canadian customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days and cover shipping costs.
