If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at info@solasepickleball.com.
We don’t accept international returns or exchanges at this time—except for Canada. Canadian customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days and cover shipping costs.

If you purchased Redo "Return Coverage" at checkout, you are eligible for paid return shipping. Orders including return coverage are still subject to our return policy. Customers who opt out of return coverage may still return their items but will be asked to pay for their own label inside of the return portal.
